For items purchased through our regular catalogue, the shipping processing times are as follows:

• USA and Canada: You can expect your item to arrive in 3-5 business days.
• International: It can take up to 3 weeks for your item to arrive.

Customized Items

For items created using the Design-It-Yourself customizer, please note the following:

• If any of the charms have engraving, it requires an extra 2 business days for processing due to the need for engraving.
