Regular Catalogue Items

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Kyper&Co. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the items purchased through our regular catalogue, you may return them within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure that the items are returned in new and unused condition in their original packaging.

Customized Items

Items purchased from our Design-It-Yourself customizer are considered final sale due to their custom nature and cannot be returned for a refund as we cannot re-stock these pieces. However, we understand that sizing can sometimes be an issue. In the event that there is a size issue with your custom piece, we will happily work with you to rectify it.

How to Return

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team who will guide you through the process. Please do not send your purchase back without contacting us first.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
